How to upload files to VinaCIS?
It is very easy. Just click on Browse to select the file on your hard disk, check "I accept terms of service" and then click on "Upload this file to VinaCIS" button. If you want, you can also enter description or choose a password for your file. In case you want to upload multiple files, just click on Add more files near the upload field. Platinum members can upload up to 10 files at one time. This upload service is free!
